I just wanted to let you know about my upcoming film score album Film Composer which will be released May 30th.
It’s been a massive journey to get to this point and I felt like I needed to put an album together to wrap up the first chapter of my quest.
I’ve included 40 compositions, all re-mastered, selected from my latest scores including ‘True Vision’, ‘Blade Runner’, ‘Defend, Conserve, Protect’, ‘Borderline’ and of course, ‘The Legend of Ben Hall’.
I’ve also included a couple of tracks from my directorial debut ‘Attic’.
I hope you guys like the album and thank you all for the support!
As long as I can remember, along with scoring films, I’ve always wanted to create films as well. I’ve written stories and had movie ideas since I was a kid and not too long ago I decided to just go ahead and create one.
So I’ve written and directed upcoming horror short Attic and it was a massive learning experience. I already learned quite a bit about film making having had a few feature roles over the years starring in commercials, TV shows and just generally being on professional film sets. I also directed quite a few music videos over the years which was always a lot of fun.
I was planning to direct the feature version of Attic this year but unfortunately due to you-know-what, I’ll have to wait until 2022 to make the feature happen. I was planning to shoot it in locations which are inaccessible for quite a while but in the meantime, because I’m excited to make another film, I’ll make Breathe.
It’ll be the second film in my Nightmare Trilogy following Attic.
Info about Breathe and when and where you can see Attic will be available very soon.
My latest score for Diana Fisk’s inspiring television film ‘True Vision’ (Executive produced by Sue Maslin ‘The Dressmaker’) is out now on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music etc. Feel free to listen to it below.
My purely synth electronic Blade Runner soundtrack is now available in all stores including Spotify, iTunes etc.
The soundtrack is inspired by my all time favourite composer Vangelis and of course Ridley Scott’s Motion Picture. I’ve always wanted to compose a score that could fit in Ridley’s original Blade Runner universe and, well, here it is!
Also included is ‘Like Tears in Rain (For Rutger Hauer)’ which is a tribute to my favourite actor! “Wulfgaaaaaaaar!”
Thank you guys for the support and I hope you enjoy the score inspired by the film.
I’m currently finishing up my debut artist album ‘Against All Odds’ and after that I’m going to finish up my film score & epic music compilation EPIC 2.
EPIC 1 is still receiving awesome support from across the globe and I can’t wait to release part 2. I’ve composed so much new music, it’ll be all on there also including updated versions of ‘Horizon’, ‘Hero’ and ‘My True Calling’.
My artist album ‘Against All Odds’ is nearing completion and I’m very excited to release it in 2020. Also included on the album will be the brand new version of ‘Horizon’ of which the 2013, 2014 and 2017 versions are receiving incredible support from all over the world. Featuring on the new version is once again fantastic NYC based rapper/singer SnowFlake Black.
There will be 12 songs on the album + 1 bonus track. Featuring on four of the songs is fantastic Aussie singer Andy Maddison.
More info about when the first single will be released is coming soon.
I’m very excited to be releasing my cinematic pop album ‘Against All Odds’ in 2020. 12 songs will be on the album influenced by the sound of the 80’s, classical music, film music, pop and even rock.
The album also features four songs with fantastic Aussie singer Andy Maddison and NYC based artist singer/rapper SnowFlake Black is featured on my brand new album version of ‘Horizon’.
I’m planning to release the first single ‘Suddenly I See Her’ in the coming months and I can’t wait to hear what you think. It’s been fun writing lyrics for a change, putting my thoughts down on paper and singing them.
Stay tuned for more info to come and thank you all for the great support!
I’m so excited to announce that my debut pop album is coming together fast. It’s been in the making for quite a few years but having been busy with film scoring, I couldn’t really work on it as much as I would have liked. I always loved producing pop and now with the film industry having slowed down quite a bit, because of you-know-what, I finally have time to finish all these songs I’ve been working on.
The album is heavily influenced by 80’s music, also featuring classical & orchestral elements and even rock. I’m planning to release the first single “Suddenly I See Her” in the coming months and I can’t wait to hear what you think!
There is a lot of music coming your way in 2020 and thank you guys for the fantastic support over all those years. I’ll have more info about it all very soon.
